This policy applies to digital products developed by Gray Sun Studio.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales are generally final. 

No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

- The product file is corrupted or unusable

- The product significantly differs from its description

- Duplicate purchases

Support

Technical support is provided via email for issues related to:

- File corruption

- Download issues

- Basic integration within supported versions of software or game engines

Support does not include:

- Custom modifications

- Advanced technical implementation

- Support for third-party tools or assets

- Game development consulting

Licensing

All assets are subject to the licensing terms of the platform or store from which they are purchased (e.g., Unity Asset Store, itch.io, Gumroad, etc.).
